How long will my order take to be delivered?
On average, Portlantis delivers anywhere in the UK within 7 working days from receipt of order but if you have a deadline, please ask as we often turn garments around faster.
Shipments are made by direct delivery from our own vehicles and by reputable courier.
Orders over £500 are delivered free of charge.
Orders below £500, or orders with multiple location delivery points may incur a delivery charge.
I can’t find exactly what I need can you help me find it?
We offer a huge range of choices which can make it hard to find what you are looking for. If you need help you can always contact us (email@example.com or +(44) 01769 550 856) and we can do the hard work for you by drawing up a shortlist for your consideration.
Can you help me design my logo?
Yes – we have an in-house design team so just get in touch!
I’ve only got a paper copy of my logo – is that OK?
Yes, that’s no problem. We accept logos in all formats. Just give us a call on +(44) 01769 550 856 so we can discuss how best to help you.
Can I get a discount?
We aim to offer competitive pricing, especially on larger volume orders. Please contact us on +(44) 01769 550 856 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements.
Can I see a sample before I place my order?
Of course! We're happy to supply a sample, but we must ask for it to be returned to us when you have made your decision. We are also happy to show you a sample of your stitched or printed logo before we put it onto your garments.
Do you supply plain, non-branded, garments?
Yes – all garments are available with or without decoration.
When do I pay for my items?
Standard customer accounts have 30 day payment terms which are usually settled electronically but we may ask for an up-front payment if we have not done business with you before or if you are placing a large order. Online purchases are paid for at time of order. To apply for a credit account please contact email@example.com.
What is your Returns Policy?
We cannot accept return of embroidered or printed garments because we cannot resell them - although if you have a faulty garment then please do get in touch with us . If you have ordered plain garments then we can accept them back, provided that they are in a good condition.
