Personal Account Management from initial enquiry
to final delivery.
You will be allocated a nominated Portlantis contact who is responsible for all of your needs. This person will be able to advise you on choosing the right garment for the job; for selecting the form of personalisation which works best with that garment; and will ensure you get the best possible value for money from your budget. The task of your Personal Account Manager is to maximise the return you make on your investment in corporate identity and workwear.
Quick Delivery Service.
Portlantis aims to turn your order around as fast as possible. On average, we deliver anywhere in the UK within 4 working days from receiving your order. Items which we carry in stock are despatched within 48 hours. Non-standard items or items which require personalisation may take longer.
Alteration Service.
A full Alteration service is available to all Portlantis customers.
Full Man Packing Service.
If you can provide us with the names, sizes and designations of each person waiting for their clothing, then we will individually pack and label their requirements.
Record Keeping Service.
Portlantis offers a full record keeping service, so we can keep you informed about which items were ordered for your staff by name, size, colour etc.
