Trudy Reynolds – began her career in Blue Chip FMCG Marketing and moved into the IT sector in the mid 1980s, initially with Lotus where she held a European Marketing role and then with BMC Software where she managed UK national accounts for 7 years, always exceeding targets. In the 1990s Trudy set up and sold her own IT training company, supplying consultancy and training to organisations of all sizes throughout London, the Thames Valley and beyond. Experienced in both major account management and telemarketing at all levels, Trudy now works closely with SMEs to achieve specific sales and marketing objectives.

Chris Fitzpatrick – currently heads up the Internet Services part of the business, specialising in Website design, optimisation and marketing. He has enjoyed long and successful careers at both Oracle and Hewlett Packard where he held several posts ranging from Support Manager to European Technical Manager in an EMEA demo centre generating several hundred £M of revenue per year. His in depth technical experience within the fields of high availability and disaster recovery earned him a global reputation as one of the most highly regarded people within the industry. Managing an investment in the centre of some £15M proved to be one of HP’s best ROI centres worldwide for the 5 years Chris managed it.

Earlier in his career Chris also worked within the City of London for several years for part of the Barclays Financial group, being involved in projects such as "Big bang – implementation of the Stock Exchange Automated Quotation System (SEAQ)" in the late 1980s.
