In July, Portlantis was approached by the United Nations to supply customised printed T shirts for the 38th Annual Conference of the Codex Alimentarius Commission in Geneva. We were extremely proud to be considered, and quickly turned around 750 personalised orange T shirts, screen-printed with an eye-catching design.
The Codex Alimentarious Commission is where members of the international food standards body meet to discuss food safety and quality standards around the world. It was set up in 1961 by the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) of the UN, and joined by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in 1962. Today, public concerns about food safety issues often place the Codex at the centre of global debates.
For the 38th annual conference, over 180 member countries participated. As leading experts in supplying high quality promotional clothing, with full customisation options and fast turnaround times, here at Portlantis we were more than willing to take on the task of supplying a large order of printed T shirts.
Our range of embroidering and printing options meant the United Nations representatives had a wide choice of personalisation with us. Even with their tight deadline, our team of experts were able to provide high quality customised T shirts quickly and efficiently.
